ALIA BHATT GIFTS PROPERTY TO SISTER SHAHEEN
According to a report in Square Feet India, Alia Bhatt gifted two properties to her sister Shaheen. Both apartments are located on the second floor of Gigi Apartments. It is located on Juhu Tara Road. The ready rate of property calculation comes to Rs 7.68 crore. The actress bought these apartments from Anupam Kher and his wife Kirron in February 2015. Alia Bhatt bought them for Rs 8.99 crore. The real estate news portal said that the gift deed was signed between Alia and Shaheen Bhatt on April 10, 2023. It was reported that they paid Rs 30.75 lakh for the registration of the gift deeds. Mentions her name, Alia Bhatt, as well as her maiden name, Alia Ranbir Kapoor. Both apartments are quite spacious with one measuring 889.75 sq ft and the other 1187 sq ft.

The home is located at Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pally Hill. She paid stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore. The news was reported in the ETimes. The sales contract was signed on 04/10/2023.
