The upcoming season of Amazon Prime Video’s popular crime drama ‘Mirzapur’ has finally gone on floors now. Actors Vijay Varma and Rasika Duggal had recently shared that they have started working on their characters and now the latest buzz suggests that actor Ali Fazal, who plays the fan favourite Guddu Bhaiya, has started learning wrestling for his part.
A source close to the development told ETimes, “Ali Fazal is currently prepping for the action sequences that are part of the script of this upcoming season. The training is currently underway and he’s been doing this for a few weeks now ahead of the start of the shoot which is set to commence soon. Ali Fazal is giving all his efforts to this role and has already started taking basic wrestling lessons for the same.”
Since the last season of ‘Mirzapur’ ended with a bloodbath, fans are super excited to see how the story unfolds in upcoming seasons. Apart from this one, Ali was last seen in Hollywood project ‘Death On The Nile’ and his upcoming projects include ‘Khufiya’ and ‘Khandhar’.
