Lock Upp contestant Anjali Arora faced heavy criticism and harassment after her alleged MMS video leaked online. The video took everyone by surprise and in no time Anjali became the most popular chat on social media. Although Anjali has denied being involved in the sexually explicit video, people really aren’t convinced that it wasn’t her. Recently, she visited Haji Ali Dargah, which again made her the target of online trolling.
When she arrived at the dargah, Anjali was spotted wearing a traditional costume. She happily delighted the prisoners with pictures. However, netizens were really not happy to see her visiting a holy place after the leaked MMS video controversy. “Sau chuhe khake billi Haj ko chali,” said one user while many other users commented “Aapka MMS acha tha”.
As the leaked MMS video took the internet by storm, Anjali broke down in tears while talking about the controversy. She said she also has a family and it affects everyone deeply. She added that people used her name in the viral video to get some views on social media.
“Sometimes I feel ki jab main ye sab cheezein dekhti hun ki ye kyun kar rhe hain jisme main hun hi nhi. Jisme main hun hi nhi usko itna kyun faila rhe hain..youtube par faltu ki cheeorazein ka mm views ke ke ke. Mere bhi hai hain, family hai…chote bhai hain jo ye dekhte hain,” Anjali told Siddharth Kannan in an interview.
As Anjali continued to answer the nasty questions related to the viral MMS video, she took it back to the trolls saying that she no longer cares what they say or think about her. She also added that when you become famous, others try to bring you down by playing cheap tricks.
