Aamir Khan, who was recently seen attending the wedding of Madhu Mantena and Ira Trivedi, seems to be enjoying his break time to the fullest. Amid attending functions and celebrations, the superstar is also often seen spending time with his loved ones as well as taking time out for indulging in some fun hobbies. Recently, he planned a beautiful celebration for his mother Zeenat Hussain who turned 89 years old. The function was attended by his daughter Ira Khan and former wife Kiran Rao.

Readers would be aware that even though Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao announced their separation, the two continue to remain friends and are also seen collaborating professionally. Along with the estranged couple, attending the function was also Ira Khan, who got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikare a few months ago. Photos from the Zeenat’s birthday celebration were shared by popular Ghazal musician Pratibha Singh on social media who was also seen performing at the function.
She posted a few photos of her posing with the Khan family and posted a note, expressing her gratitude towards the Khan family for being a great host. She said, “So this evening looked like this at Aamir Khan’s place ! Celebrated 89th birthday of Aamir ji’s mother . The kind of love , warmth & blessings we received is unmatched. On the work front, Aamir Khan is yet to make an announcement on his upcoming project. The actor had spoken about taking a break from acting post the debacle of Laal Singh Chaddha, wherein he had said, “I feel I have been working for 35 years and I have single-mindedly been focused on my work. I feel that it’s not fair to people who are close to me. This is the time I feel I have to take some time off to be with them and actually experience life in a different way. I am looking forward to the next year, a year-and-a-half in which I am not working as an actor.”
