A Shah Rukh Khan starrer and Karthi’s Sardar bear ZERO resemblance to each other; an editor on both films clears the air

The theatrical trailer of Karthi’s Sardar was released yesterday. Going by the looks of the trailer, it guarantees a spy thriller to come. The film is slated to release on October 21 and is directed by PS Mithran. After the trailer was released, there was a rumor on social media that the plot of Sardar was the same as Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan. This gossip came as a huge shock and blow to Shah Rukh and Karthi fans. Apart from this, Sharukh’s Jawan is also directed by Tamil director Atlee. Also, Jawan was being touted as a PAN Indian film and this news did not go down well with the fans. Reuben, a well-known editor in the Indian film industry, has now condemned these rumours. It should be noted that Ruben does the editing for both films. He made it clear that there is nothing like that in both the films and gave huge relief to the respective fans.
