Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the release of Bawaal. The trailer of the much awaited movie of the year was released yesterday ie. on July 9. To launch the trailer, the makers held an event in Dubai. Director Nitesh Tiwari, producer Sajid Nadiadwala, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan attended the special trailer launch event. The actor, who is headlining the film exploring World War II, has revealed who is the biggest Bawaal in his life. Interestingly, his answer was something different from what one would expect. At the trailer launch event, talking about the film, Varun also gave an update on his life regarding who is creating the ruckus. The actor names his dog Joey. He shared that his dog Joey created the biggest Bawaal of his life. He creates a lot of chaos in his life every day. His dog wakes up at 6 am and Varun also has to wake up no matter what time he slept. He has to look after it and clean it. The actor states that he never knew that he would become an actor and make films and do all that. He also mentions that this is the most grounding experience his dog has ever put him through. Varun Dhawan loves his dog and often shares pictures with Joey on Instagram. At the event, he also revealed that working with Nitesh Tiwari was always on his bucket list. He recalled the time he asked the director to make a film with him during the Covid days. Well after 7-8 months he got the opportunity to work with Nitesh on Bawaal and the actor feels it is one of his best characters and closest to reality. Bawaal revolves around a young man who likes his image but later finds a way to live after circumstances lead him to war in Europe. The film explores Hitler and World War II. It stars Varun Dhawan as Ajay Dixit and Janhvi Kapoor as his wife Nisha. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala Bawaal will release on July 21. It missed the theatrical release and will be presented directly on Amazon Prime Video.
