Being the incredible actress that she is, Jennifer Lawrence has met some pretty famous people throughout her career.
But there is one person she says she would be left starstruck by – and it’s not who were were expecting.
Discussing who her favourite celebrities are and the one co-star she couldn’t believe she’d worked with, the 32-year-old said: ‘To me, the biggest celebrities in the world are, like, Pete Davidson.
‘Or when Ariana Grande was in my last film, Don’t Look Up, I was photographed with her and I fully look like a radio contest winner.’
Continuing to tell W magazine who she hopes to meet in the future, she continued: ‘I would be starstruck if I saw Jessica Simpson. That would knock me over.’
She also revealed that growing up she had posters of Avril Lavigne and dogs on her bedroom wall, adding: ‘I wasn’t cool.’
Despite never meeting her, Jennifer does have a connection to 42-year-old Jessica – having bought her Beverly Hills mansion in 2014.
According to E! News at the time, Jennifer spent over a whopping $7,000,000 (£5,750,850) on the five-bedroom house, which boasted a home gym, gourmet kitchen and swimming pool.
It is believed that Jennifer still lives in the house after almost nine years.
Last year, Jennifer had another of her childhood dream fulfilled as she was interviewed by Ellen DeGeneres while sitting on the toilet.
The Oscar winner revealed that before she shot to fame, she used to while away time in the loo answering questions in an imaginary chat with the famous talk show host.
Speaking on one of the final shows of The Ellen Show, Ellen told viewers: ‘The show is winding down and I’ve gotten a lot of awfully sweet messages from people, one of whom was Jennifer Lawrence – not to brag but we’re neighbours – and she told me how sad she was the show is ending and that when she was a kid living in Kentucky, she used to sit on the toilet and pretend that I was interviewing her.’
Ellen continued: ‘So I thought I can’t end the show without doing that so I’m going to call her, she’s on her toilet right now, and I’m going to call and interview her.’
During the interview, Jennifer said: ‘Years spent on the toilet. ‘I was really into your show, so pretty much every time it was a number two it was you…’
The Hunger Games star added: ‘I really manifested hard on there, you know maybe that’s the lesson – take your time. Don’t rush it… I got so much done there.’
