The Washington Capitals’ W Magazine is now available

W Magazinelifestyle publication produced by the Washington Capitals is now available for purchase for $19.99 at the Team Store at Capital One Arena, at the Team Store at MedStar Capitals Iceplex and online at washcaps.com/WMagazine.

The magazine features nearly 200 pages of exclusive photos of Capitals players and their families and lifestyle content and interviews with each member of the 2022-23 roster.

Highlights include Darcy Kuemper on fishing, Evgeni Kuznetsov on cooking, TJ Oshie on being a soccer dad, Alex Ovechkin on being a soccer fan, Tom Wilson on giving back to the community, and many more.

Along with the individual player content, W includes an in-depth feature on John Carlson and a profile on Capitals President Dick Patrick, both written by Capitals senior editorial strategist and writer Mike Vogel. The magazine also spotlights other events in and around the organization, such as the hiring of the first full-time female coach in NHL history, the release of a second Jack Daniel’s Personal Selection Capitals Barrel and Monumental Sports & Entertainment’s acquisition of NBC Sports Washington, among other content.
