Rodeo Weekend Events in Hana

Rodeo weekend is in Hana on September 16th and 17th, but that doesn’t just mean a dusty arena and cows as far as the eye can see, it’s also tons of fun activities
The week kicked off on Monday with the Rodeo Royalty Fashion Show featuring eight Hanna Indoor Rodeo Queen contestants and their counterparts from the Hanna Hawks football team showcasing an evening of fashion and accessories from Jacabee Country, Eye Candy and Live, Love, Laugh Shoes at the Royal Canadian Legion .
On September 13th, competitors participated in a horse riding competition at the Big County Riding and Roping Club at 5 p.m.
On September 16, ATB will have a Chilli Cook Off and Market, while Co-Operators will have a BBQ. All eight contestants will attend the events before conducting their personal interviews and written test.
Rodeo events begin September 16th at 7:00pm with rush seating starting at $15 at the door.
On September 16, there will be a family dance at the curling rink starting at 8:30 pm with music by Dally Up and Dance.

The eight racers will be at Hanna Chrysler on September 17th from 9am to 1pm, where there will be a raffle, while the racers will have an autograph and photo session.
Rodeo events begin on September 17 at 3:00 pm with the crowning of the 2023 Hannah Indoor Rodeo Queen, which will take place at intermission.
