Disha Patani announces her next with Suriya; excited to show off her brand new avatar

After impressing the audience with her villainous avatar in Ek Villain Returns, Disha Patani has announced her next film with actor Suriya. The film, tentatively titled Suriya 42, will be directed by ‘Siruthai’ Siva. The actress is currently over the moon to be part of a project with such larger-than-life elements. Sharing her excitement about her next project with Suriya, Disha said that she is super happy to announce her upcoming film with Suriya sir and Siva sir. She feels great to be a part of such a huge project that promises to give the audience an exciting cinematic experience on the big screen. She added that the character she is playing is quite unique and she can’t wait to bring out the never-before-seen avatar in front of the audience. The motion poster of Suriya 42 was recently released online by the makers who also revealed that the film is being made in 3D and that it will be released in 10 languages. Looking at the poster, the film seems to be an explosive action flick. This has made fans wonder if Suriya 42 is a historical or a war film. The motion poster shows a hawk circling over a battlefield where knights are fighting, while Surya’s character, dressed in a commander’s suit, is seen standing on a rock and watching the battlefield unfold. The poster also has the motto “Mighty Brave Saga”.

The film is produced by Studio Green Gnanavel Raja and has music by Devi Sri Prasad. Disha Patani plays the female lead in this film, which is cinematography by Vetri Palanisamy, who has done superhits like Veeram and Vedalam starring Ajith.

Disha has set the audience abuzz with the announcement of her lead role in the upcoming film Suriya 42, the actress will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Yodha starring Sidharth Malhotra and Project K alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.
