The world’s most stylish people descended on London’s Royal Albert Hall last night for the 2022 Fashion Awards, celebrating the brightest talents and most brilliant designers, and the work they’ve done over the past 12 months.

But it’s not just glitz and glam; the annual awards are the primary fundraiser for the BFC Foundation, which supports the future growth and success of the British fashion industry by focusing on education, grant-giving, and business mentoring. The evening’s host, Jodie Turner-Smith, had fun on the red carpet in a sheer Gucci gown with frilled edges. She finished her look with glittering Chopard diamonds.

Florence Pugh matcher her scarlet Valentino gown to both the red carpet and her plum lipstick. The backless dress featured a full, voluminous skirt, which fell into a dramatic train behind her. She added Tiffany & Co jewellery and simple, flicked-out hair.

Naomi Campbell was radiant in a metallic silver pleated Valentino gown, which featured a matching attached cape.

Lily James opted for a fairy-tale Rodarte gown, with glittering embellishments and a tulle mermaid hem.

Simone Ashley walked the red carpet in a shimmering hooded 16Arlington dress which twinkled under the lights. She finished her look with Chopard jewellery, perspex shoes and wet-look hair.

The model was the epitome of gothic glamour in her tulle Erdem look, complete with dramatic veil.

The actress posed on the steps leading up to the Royal Albert Hall wearing an elegant Vivienne Westwood two piece, consisting of an embellished crop top and long silky skirt.

The House of the Dragon star opted for this head-turning neon green Molly Goddard gown, which featured a full sheer skirt and off-the-shoulder neckline. Matilde jewellery provided the finishing touch.
