BOLLYWOOD REACTS TO WILL SMITH PUNCHING CHRIS ROCK
At Oscar’s 2022, Will Smith made news for striking Chris Rock after he made fun of his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. This was followed by an awkward silence. Later, many people reacted to the incident. Back in Bollywood, Varun Dhawan shared a video of the altercation and wrote, “Wow didn’t expect that Also @chrisrock has a chin (sic).”
Richa Chadha shared a desi meme on the Will Smith-Chris Rock Oscars moment. Labelling Chris as trolls “trying to make dumb comments in English,” Richa tagged Will as herself, who comes from Delhi. She captioned the post, “Thappad se darr nahi lagta sahab!” Send your best meme ideas in the comments… #meme #willsmithslapschrisrock (sic).”

Reacting to the incident, Minnie Driver said, “It was deeply personal. We were all privy to something like that. And emotions are running really high. I really hope they will make up later. It’s hard to watch somebody’s pain like that.”

WILL SMITH-CHRIS ROCK SLAP DRAMA
Will Smith lost his cool as Chris Rock said Jada looked like GI Jane 2. The actor went on stage and smacked the comedian. After returning to his seat, Will yelled, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f***** mouth.” Chris then said, “Will Smith smacked the s*** out of me.”
