Due to an internal promotion, Coventry City Academy is excited to announce a rare opportunity to join the full-time foundation phase coaching team.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, energetic practitioner who has a passion for working with primary school aged children, focusing on individual development both within football and the wider holistic model.
The role will see an opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading an age group team in weekly meetings and helping to continue to develop the existing academic program within the Foundation Phase.
The successful candidate will receive a personal development plan, access to regular continuing professional development and be part of the Academy’s Staff Development Programme.

- Be passionate about working with and developing young people
