Within four months of her marriage, actress Gangubai Kathiawadi announced her pregnancy and even faced a lot of criticism for the same. Although many claimed that she got pregnant before marriage, recently Sister Shaheen criticized the trollers. While Alia and Ranbir are enjoying this best phase of their lives, we’ve learned that Alia won’t be returning to work anytime soon and has decided to take a long break after the arrival of her baby, even though hubby Ranbir wants her to return to RK soon as he is ready to take care of the baby.

A very well-placed source close to BollywoodLife exclusively reveals, “Alia Bhatt is in no rush to get back to work as she is in a super secure space. Right now, she wants to focus more on her personal life, especially after giving birth to her baby. Her excitement is at its peak and that’s why she decided to take a good long break after the arrival of the baby. You might be surprised, but Alia will take a leave for atleast a year and only after that she will resume work. As she has several releases and has completed the shooting of the same.
The source further added, “But that doesn’t mean she won’t be out. She has her brands Edamama, children’s wear and maternity wear, plus her endorsements will continue. But nothing that will keep her away from home for a longer period of time for the first few months.” Just a few days ago, Alia and Ranbir celebrated their baby shower and the pictures of the soon-to-be mommy and daddy caused meltdowns with their LOVE .
