The Challenge Australia: Channel 10 releases the full list of celebrities set to compete on the upcoming reality series

Channel 10 has announced the full list of reality stars who will be competing alongside athletes on the new season of its gruelling new game show The Challenge.

Konrad Bień-Stephen and Megan Marx have both been confirmed for the series after their steamy affair followed his secret break-up with Abbie Chatfield.

The Bachelorette’s Brooke Blurton has signed on, as has MAFS bride Cyrell Paule, David Subritzky from I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm.

Australia’s Got Talent winner Jack Vidgen will join Bachelor franchise alumni Ciarran Stott, Brittany Hockley, Jessica Brody and Kiki Morris as they compete for the $100,000 cash prize.

Representing Survivor is Johnny Eastoe and Brooke Jowett, while Conor Curran is representing MasterChef Australia.

Sydney actress Suzan Mutesi has also been cast, despite having no connection to reality TV.

On-set sources have told Daily Mail Australia that Conor will ruffle feathers on the show as the season ‘villain’.

Contestants will compete ‘in a game of secrets, spies and lies’ while away from friends and family during the series filmed in Buenos Aires.

As well as the prize money, the two winners will represent Australia internationally on The Challenge: Global Championship.

Contestants will compete against each other while living under one roof, with a male winner and a female winner to be crowned and scoring $100,000 apiece

It follows revelations that Jessika Power pulled out of the show at the eleventh hour after producers told her that her agreed-upon fee would be slashed due to budget cuts.

‘Jessika was packed and ready to go but 10 called for a last-minute meeting where they told her that her pay would be halved,’ an insider told Daily Mail Australia. 

According to the well-placed source, Jessika was set to pocket twice the amount of her co-stars, who were each getting about $3,000 a week
