When it comes to fitting sleep into their busy schedules, celebrities like Oprah and Gwyneth Paltrow reach for their favorite products designed for unwinding.

And with Daylight Savings Time — and the National Sleep Foundation’s Sleep Awareness Week — on the horizon, it’s the ideal time to stock up on their sleep-ready essentials.

So we’ve rounded up all of the items stars are eyeing for quality shut-eye, from a Sarah Jessica Parker-approved pillow spray to Kim Kardashian’s go-to sleep tech.

Trust us, you won’t want to snooze on these 10 Hollywood-approved picks. (And if you’re taking a page out of celebrities’ books, the slippers and PJs can go beyond the bedroom, too.)

When it comes to celebrity-loved sleep trackers, the Oura Ring’s the one the beat.  Everyone from Prince Harry to Miranda Kerr has been spotted wearing the sleek, data-driven device.

The wearable tech — which comes in a range of stylish metals — also sparked a spirited competition between Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow, who once compared their sleep scores on Instagram Stories. 

Slip’s sleep-ready offerings are longtime celebrity favorites — and their popularity has hardly (ahem) slipped in recent years. Kris Jenner is a fan of the brand’s pillowcases, while its eye masks have graced the faces of Lily Collins, Kylie Jenner, Julia Roberts and Adele. Kourtney Kardashian, meanwhile, included the brand’s Frequent Flier Travel Set ($150) in her Poosh holiday mailer.

The label’s silk scrunchies also have quite the hold on Hollywood hair; Taylor Swift, Reese Witherspoon and Hailey Bieber all own them, while TikTok star Remi Bader recently told Page Six Style they’re among her go-tos. 

Can’t help but wonder how Sarah Jessica Parker drifts off to sleep? The “Sex and the City” star gave followers a glimpse at her bedside table in an Instagram video in 2021, revealing products including this currently-20%-off pillow spray featuring whiffs of lavender and chamomile.

Oprah’s hardly one to sleep on the latest hot-ticket items. But while she’s frequently included Cozy Earth clothing and bedding on her “Favorite Things” lists, these bamboo sheets were the ones she called the “softest ever” on her 2018 roundup. 

In addition to working with the likes of Kim Kardashian and Reese Witherspoon, Nurse Jamie has her own range of equally celeb-loved products that includes this memory foam “anti-wrinkle” pillow.

For pre-bedtime masks of the sheet variety, Kristen Bell once called these the “best I’ve ever come across” in an interview with Self. “After I’m done with it, I press the mask back together because it’s still juicy and use it again in a couple of days, so I can at least get two uses out of it and I feel a little bit better about the price tag,” she added. 

Also among the best star-approved face masks? The Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Concentrated Treatment Mask ($42), a hyaluronic acid-packed product which counts Karlie Kloss, Eva Mendes and Victoria Beckham as fans.

They don’t call it “beauty sleep” for nothing. Plenty of stars apply products before snoozing, including this bestselling Laneige lip mask. It’s racked up a huge list of famous fans, including Kate Hudson, Kendall Jenner, Brooke Shields and Charli XCX.

Ugg makes some of the best slippers according to celebrities, who can’t get enough of the beloved brand’s soft styles. Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Lawrence both love this classic design, which they wear while out and about as well as indoors.
