Sunny Deol is back on the map with Bridge 2. The actor has just recorded one of the biggest hits of his career. Bridge 2 which also starred Ameesha Patel turned out to be a smash hit with the film crossing the Rs 450 crore mark at the box office. Everyone is talking about Bridge 2 and theaters are still full even after two weeks of its release. With the success, there is a lot of expectation surrounding Sunny Deol’s next film. Recently there were reports that Sunny Deol has increased his fees after the runaway success of Bridge 2.

It was reported that Sunny Deol has increased his remuneration to Rs 50 crore after the success of Bridge 2 and then there were comparisons between what he charged as opposition to the Khans. Now Sunny Deol has responded to all the rumours. Breaking his silence, Sunny Deol says money matters are personal and what he will charge will be decided when he signs his next film. To Bollywood Hungama, “Firstly, I feel money matters are very personal. No one tells exactly what he or she earns, not even to (the) loved ones. Second, what I will or will not charge will be decided when he signs my next film. Right now we are all trying to understand the enormity of the success of Bridge 2.” The Dhai Kilo Ke Haath wala actor added that he knows his worth and even at his lowest point he did not compromise on price. But he said he is still the same person even though people see him in a different light now post the success of Bridge 2“The Chief Samajdaar Insan Hun,” he added.
earlier, Bridge 2 director Anil Sharma revealed that Sunny Deol has significantly reduced his fees for the film. The director said that they decided to put more money into the production instead of the stars’ fees.
Bridge 3 under construction?
Now there are rumors about Bridge 3 in preparation. Amisha Patel has hinted at a sequel but there is no confirmation from the makers yet. Sunny Deol is also yet to announce his next film. For more entertainment news watch this space.
