Director SS Rajamouli’s RRR creates history every now and then. The South Indian film RRR features Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles and the film recently won the Best Song Award ‘Naatu Naatu’ at the prestigious Golden Globe Awards 2023. Recently the SS Rajamouli film won the Best Foreign Language Film at the Critics Choice Awards 2023. the event was held at the Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles. SS Rajamouli and his son SS Karthikeya attended the event and received the award with utmost grace. RRR is a fictional period drama and the plot of the film is based on the lives of two Telugu freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. The film has reportedly been made on a budget of Rs. 550 crore and grossed over Rs 1,200 crore worldwide. The movie is still doing well in foreign countries and the audience is in love with it. Apart from Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, the film stars Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, Olivia Morris and others in important roles.
