A little over half a year ago, Colombian Sofia Vergara turned 50, and she showed off her enviable figure.

Now, the actress and model once again showed off her great shape by spending the first days of this 2023 on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean and left more than one person open-mouthed after posting several photos on her Instagram account.

The Modern Family star wore a beautiful tight-fitting white bikini, which looked even better thanks to the beauty of the over half-century-old Colombian.

The post has over a million likes.

Sofia’s diet for a great figure

Throughout previous posts, Vergara has published the diet she uses to maintain her great figure.

She posted that her diet is based on lean proteins such as chicken and fish, and that she avoids carbohydrates such as pizza.

Sofia admitted to having a weakness for cakes and other desserts.

Exercise, part of her discipline

In addition, Sofia has a gym at home that she uses in a very disciplined way.

Vergara uses the treadmill and stair climber on a daily basis, in addition to lifting weights constantly.

What is Sofia Vergara’s illness?

Last year, the Colombian confessed to suffering from hypothyroidism and said she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of 28 after doctors discovered a ball in her neck during a routine check-up.

“At 28, cancer was not a word I expected to hear,” she admitted.

“It was just a routine check-up, but the doctors found a lump in my throat and that word became part of my story.

“I spent countless hours in radiation treatments and, eventually, surgery.

“Today, I can call myself a cancer survivor.

“I had my first acting class after diagnosis and treatment, and seeing the scar on my throat reminds me of how blessed I felt that day, and every day since.”
