Siddharth talks about the Madurai airport incident

Siddharth and his family’s experience at Madurai airport grabbed many headlines in Entertainment News. He had shared a picture of the empty Madurai airport. He had shared that staff there spoke to them in Hindi after they were repeatedly told to speak in English. He called them rude and idle people who flaunted their power. This caused a huge uproar online and caused all kinds of reactions. And now Siddharth has revealed the entire narrative of the Madurai airport incident. He shared that he has been in and out of Madurai airport dozens of times, but never in the past had he encountered such difficulty or discomfort. Siddharth shared that he is traveling with his family this time. The airport was empty and the officers continued to ask questions while looking at their IDs and documents. Siddharth didn’t mind the rude tone of the officials with him but asked them to be gentle with the elders. Siddharth revealed that one of the staff asked his mother about carrying coins in the bag and about his sister’s medical bag from across the room. Siddharth reveals that he has lost his cool and more words

The Rang De Basanti actor revealed that he retaliated after he lost his cool and they started antagonizing him. He requested a meeting with the senior official. The senior asked them to pass without further trouble after seeing that he was an actor and claimed to be a fan. However, Siddharth was in no mood to settle down. He returned it to the senior official and raised his query about the treatment of other senior citizens at the airport. The actor adds that he understands the hardships of security work, the treatment his parents received unlocked him. He said any child would be triggered if it were his parents.
