Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan is not slowing down

A source close to the film’s development was quoted by News18 as saying that Jawan will stick to its original release date of June 2. It was reported that the film has been pushed back to October due to the heavy VFX involved in the film. It was later said that Jawan will release on August 25. But now new reports have confirmed that Jawan will go ahead with his original plan. But the final decision will be taken by tomorrow. The source also tells the entertainment news portal that the makers of Jawan have no elaborate plans for the promotions of Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. The makers are well aware of the huge buzz surrounding the film in the market. They will most likely follow the same route as Pathaan. “They are likely to release the trailer of the film 10-15 days before the premiere,” the report said. Shah Rukh Khan to promote his film at IPL 2023 finals?

The report in News18 further claims that Shah Rukh Khan will be seen promoting his film at the IPL 2023 finals, just like he did with Pathaan at the FIFA World Cup final in Qatar. The superstar is expected to announce something big related to the film at the finale. Talking about the movie Jawan, the movie is said to feature Deepika Padukone in a cameo. Sanjay Dutt, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and Sunil Grover are also considered a part of Jaawan.

According to reports, Vijay Sethupathi has charged a whopping Rs 21 crore for the film. There are reports that Thalapathy Vijay is also doing a cameo.
