Shahid Kapoor, who is all set for his next release, In his recent interaction with the media Blood Daddy revealed that he doesn’t let his kids watch his movies much as it is not suitable for their age, but yes, they managed to watch this one one movie and that is Jab We Met which was a game changer in his career because he played this loveable boy, Aditya Kashyap who turned out to be every girl’s dream man after the super success of the movie. Shahid Kapoor was asked about his star image and if his kids watched his film as grown up little kids and if they have started watching it now, to which Shahid very humbly said, “They haven’t seen much of my film but yes, the first their film was Jab We Met and Meera wanted to watch it because it’s the first film where I’m not hitting people or anything like that.”
Shahid Kapoor has a bit of action in most of his films, but it’s only in Jab We Met where he plays the roles of a proper lover and a businessman and wins millions of hearts. Shahid Kapoor, who had a super successful debut with his OTT debut as Farzi was a huge hit, is now all set for his next release, Bloody Daddy, and fans are going gaga over his action avatar as they were reminded of Al Pacino from Scarface. The movie is scheduled to release on June 7 and will be available on OTT, Jio Cinemas, fans have already declared the movie a blockbuster.
There are reports that Shahid Kapoor charged a whopping Rs 40 crore for Blood Dad and at the trailer launch of the film, the actor was even asked about the same to which director Ali Abbas Zafar quipped and claimed that he charged more. Although he said he wishes he had received that much money, the actor deserves it.
