Shahid Kapoor reveals that he needs to take ‘permission’ from wife Mira Rajput before spending money, details here

There’s not a single thing we don’t love about Shahid Kpaoor and Mira Rajput. Shahid was already a fan favourite and an established hero when the announcement was first made that he will be maarying Mira Rajput, a girl that was found by his parents. Shahid and Mira instantly hit it off and got married in New Delhi. Though the two of them were extremely private during the initial years of their marriage, Shahid and Mira are now more open to chat about their personal lives.

During the promotions of the film, Shahid went on to chat with Curly Tales for Sunday brunch and spoke about various things including being bullied as a school student, how Mira is a great cook but doesn’t like to spend too much time in the kitchen and more. Another thing that Sasha was quizzed on was finances and has his outlook to money changed post marriage and kids.

Revealing that he’s more responsible now, Shahid went on to say, “Pehle all out ho jata tha main magar ab nahi (Translation: Before marriage I used to spend all my money but not now). I am a family man now, mere bachhe hain, biwi hai (I have a wife and kids). Permission leni padti hai, sochna padta hai (I have to take permission and think about it before spending money)”

Shahid also went on to add that he doesn’t take permission when it comes to spending money on going for a boys trip. Recalling times before the pandemic, Shahid had taken off to Europe on a bike trip with brother Ishaan Khatter, actor Kunal Kemmu and Dr Jewel.
