The month of August 2023 was a great one for moviegoers. After the Gadar 2 wave, everyone is watching out for Jawan. Shah Rukh Khan is teaming up with South Indian cinema hitmaker Atlee for the first time. The hype for Jawan is huge in the South Indian states. Even Pataan had done quite well there. Jawan has been cleared by the censor board and has a U/A certificate. The Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara film was made on a budget of Rs 300 crore. It is one of the most expensive films in SRK’s career.

Jawan is an action packed film where Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a double role. He is an army man who decides to form a team to fight a deadly criminal who is on a terrible mission. The action sequences are supposed to be great. About six stunt directors worked on the film. They are from the Avengers and Star Trek teams. The trailer of the film may release on August 28 as per reports. Bookings for Jawan in overseas markets are great. Jawan has a star cast of Nayanthara, Thalapathy Vijay, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra and Vijay Sethupathi as the villain.
CBFC proposes 7 changes in Jawan
The movie is almost three hours long. A copy of the changes made by the CBFC is being circulated on social media. It seems that some dialogues have been changed and violent scenes have been cut. There have been reported changes to a shocking suicide scene.
