Salman Khan starrer sees further decline in numbers; minted Rs 6.12 crore on its first Tuesday [Day-wise collection]

Someone’s brother, someone’s life brought Salman Khan back to the big screen on the occasion of Eid. Directed by Farhad Samji, the film has Pooja Hegde in the female lead. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was expected to do some crushing numbers at the box office and well, the film managed to do so to an extent. The film slowed down at the box office from the first Monday onwards after witnessing a great opening weekend. On its first Tuesday, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has reportedly earned Rs 6.12 crore at the box office. As reported by Taran Adarsh, Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan witnessed a further drop in numbers on its first Tuesday. On its opening Monday, the film registered double-digit numbers, but on Tuesday it fell to Rs 6.12 crore. Now the total collection of the film after five days at the box office stands at Rs 84.46 crore. Slowly but steadily the film is inching towards the Rs 100 crore mark. It remains to be seen whether Salman Khan’s gift will be able to cross this boundary or not with his in-house collection. Overseas, Salman Khan’s film performed well. After just three days of worldwide collection, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office. It should be noted that Salman Khan’s film has fared much better at a time when Bollywood films are struggling at the box office. Many films like Shehzada, Mrs. Chatterjee Vs Norway and others have struggled to do well. On the contrary, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan performed well in the first weekend and actually turned out to be the second big blockbuster of 2023 so far. The first, of course, remains Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which broke literally every box office record.
