ESIC Recruitment 2023 Monthly Remuneration:
As per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the monthly remuneration admissible for junior residents remains as follows:
Monthly pay: Rupees 1.00 Lakh (Rupees One Lakh) plus other benefits (TA, DA) Eligible
- Rupees 1,00,000.00 per month for 16 hours per week.
- Additional Rs. 20000.00 Urgent Visit Fees.
- Additional Rs. 1200.00 for each additional hour after 16 hours/week. (Overtime must be justified by the MS/Dean).
ESIC has adopted a consolidated salary structure for contract teachers as per ESIC HQ letter No. A -12/16/6/2018 (Contract Exam) dated 23/01/2018 and HQ letter No. U13/14/ 38/2020Med-I (ESIC/SC) from 02.02.2021

Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Recruitment 2023:
As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates must have acquired the eligibility criteria including educational qualifications and post qualification experience provided for the notified posts and narrated below:
Essential Qualifications for Part-time Super Specialist (SS) (Non-Teaching) post:
Educational:
- MBBS from a recognized medical board.
- Post Graduate Degree (DM/MCH/DNB as applicable) in relevant super-specialty from MCI Recognized Medical College/DNB in relevant super-specialty or equivalent.
- Must be registered with Karnataka Medical Council.
Note: Carry relevant original certificates with self-attested photocopies (01 set), 02 photocopies of passport size photographs and relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the application format prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training for consideration of reservation of reserved candidates , otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the interview process.
ESIC Recruitment 2023 Selection Criteria:
Selection criteria for selection for appointment as Super Specialist (SS) part-time (non-teaching) is conducted through interviews including performance therein and verification/scrutiny of references/documents prior to interview. Full-time specialists after selection will be engaged for 01 year contract duration.
Selected candidates will be appointed on full contract basis for 01 year or till joining of regular bond candidates in which case Notice Period/Pay in lieu of notice period will not be applicable.
In case of non-availability of suitable candidates in a particular reserved category, the available deserving candidate may be given an offer of engagement for a period of 44 days at the sole discretion of the appointing authority.
The applications of the candidates submitted on the day of the entrance interviews along with the requisite application fee will be scrutinized by the Screening Committee of the Institute and only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the entrance interviews before a Selection Committee. In case the number of applicants is large, the selection committee of the Institute may prepare criteria for the selection of the applicants, which may include conducting a screening test.
50% of total marks will be considered as eligibility criteria for selection.
Selected candidates will be required to appear at the Office for Medical Examination and Verification of Original Certificates immediately after receipt of advance offer of appointment via email.
Final selection for the posts of Super Specialist (SS) Part Time (Non-Teaching) is based on the candidate’s individual performance in the Personal Interview.
Interview Details: Interviews will be held at Dean’s Office, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi.
Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2023:
As per the official advertisement of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the application fee prescribed for the purpose of selection, compulsory to pay is as follows:
General category candidates and candidates other than Reserved Community and Women have to pay Rs. 300.00 (Rupees Three Hundred) only in the form of Demand Draft.
Mode of payment: Demand Draft of Rs. 300.00 in favor of “ESI Corporation” drawn on any scheduled bank and payable at Kalaburagi should be produced along with the duly filled application form and self-attested photocopies and original documents at the time of interview.
How to Apply for ESIC Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, Eligible candidates are willing to fill the prescribed application proforma, have self attested copies with originals and appear at the interview venue.
Note: Intending eligible candidates may fill the Applications with original documents and one set of photocopies (self attested) as mentioned in the Enclosed ESIC Vacancy Notification.
Such candidates should reach the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital on the date of interview 04.08.2023 and the time notified/notified.
