Dating rumors of Jennie Kim and BTS member Kim Taehyung keep everyone glued to the news. The music superstars alleged affair is a topic of much conversation on social media. It all started in May after a leaked photo of the alleged couple from a trip to Jeju was leaked. After that, an agent named Gurumiharibo started leaking private photos of Jenny Kim. Through the photos, it was said that Kim Taehyung and Jennie Kim had a relationship. As people started calling the leaked photos fake and edited, the account started releasing more photos. There were pictures of the rumored couple on vacation in Jeju Island.
BTS’s agency Big Hit Music released a statement a few days ago that they are taking legal action against a poster who is constantly spreading malicious and malicious rumors about the members. Now, YG Entertainment has also released a statement. Unlike Big Hit Music’s announcement, which did not mention Kim Taehyung, YG Entertainment specifically spoke about the leak of Jennie Kim’s personal photos. The statement read, “This is YG Entertainment. We have officially requested the police to investigate the original distributor of BLACKPINK Jennie’s personal photos. We have been monitoring the situation and filed our complaint in September after gathering information.”

The company also addressed the silence it had maintained for a very long time. It said it was doing the same to “minimize the damage” but they said they felt a “sense of responsibility” as it was no longer possible to ignore the same. The statement read: “It was no longer possible to tolerate the mass spread of rumours, criticism, personal attacks, sexual harassment and breaches of privacy that came with private photos. We would therefore like to make clear that we are taking legal action to rectify the situation.”
They appear to be filing cases for violations of the Information and Communication Networks Act, illegal information violation and dissemination and indecent use of communication media, the official press release said. It looks like YG Entertainment will take strict action to prevent further damage. The photos were allegedly posted illegally and without the consent of the person involved. It further states, “The act of sharing these photos may be considered a secondary offense and is punishable by law. We sincerely ask you to avoid recklessly sharing them.”
