Korean singer PSY is known everywhere for his cult hit Gangnam Style. Recently, his song That That is also a big chart featuring BTS’s SUGA. PSY’s company P Nation is under scrutiny from Korea’s Ministry of Labor following the death of an unidentified Mongolian worker during the Summer Swag Festival. The festival, which sees music concerts by top artists, is one of Korea’s attractions. The ministry appears to have raided P Nation’s office on August 25, 2022. The incident appears to have occurred on July 30, when the Mongolian worker died while dismantling Psy’s concert set. He performed his latest hit, That That, and SUGA also made a surprise appearance. The concert took place in Gangneung City. It is said that the workers were not provided with protective equipment, which is mandatory when working in unstable weather. This was reported by Korean entertainment portal Koreaboo. Also Read – BTS: SUGA x PSY, It’s a Desi Wedding Hit? This sangeet video will warm the hearts of Min Yoongi’s Indian fans

This is a violation of the Industrial Safety and Health Act of Korea, which orders the suspension of hazardous outdoor work in unstable conditions. The company can also be found guilty on another ground of violation. The Ministry of Employment and Labor issued an official announcement. It seems a team was sent to P Nation’s main office in Seoul along with their subcontractor offices to look for evidence. The company expressed its condolences to the family of the deceased and said it was an unexpected incident. They said they helped with the funeral. P Nation said they have increased their safety and are more careful in the future. Also Read – BTS: SUGA aka Min Yoongi’s Five Sexiest Stage Performances Made ARMY Sweat [Watch Videos]

But the Ministry of Labor got a court order and raided the idol group’s premises. While Psy owns a 60 percent stake in P Nation, the firm is run by another unidentified individual. So even if the allegations are true, he will be exempt from legal consequences. The Summer Swag Festival was called out for excessive water use as farmers in Korea dealt with the worst of the drought. It was also under control for the spread of COVID. There was a sudden spike in cases in Korea over the summer.
