Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, will be available on Prime Video on THIS date.

In less than two weeks, Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Pathaan will be released in theatres. On January 10, 2023, the movie’s trailer was released, and it was also shown on Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the highest structure in the world. According to the most recent reports, the movie will debut on Prime Video on April 25, 2023.

On Monday, the Delhi High Court ordered Pathaan’s producers to make the necessary adjustments to the movie for its OTT release. In accordance with the 2016 Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, the court has ordered Yash Raj Films (YRF) to add subtitles, close captioning, and Hindi audio description so that those who are deaf or blind can enjoy the movie equally on OTT platforms. Additionally, it requested that YRF submit the updated material for re-certification to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

The court requested that the producers submit the information by February 20th, according to the Bar and Bench. Additionally, it mandated that the CBFC make a choice by March 10. The movie Pathaan is scheduled to open in theatres on January 25, 2023, but the court made no recommendations for how it should be screened. The judge remarked that the makers can make the alterations by April because Pathaan would reportedly be available on Prime Video by then. In regards to the theatrical release of Pathaan, the court declined “to pass any directive.”
