The 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards 2023 were a huge hit. The prestigious awards ceremony took place on January 11 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. RRR was the first Indian film to be nominated in two categories. Directed by SS Rajamouli, RRR won the best song for Naatu Naatu and beat Taylor Swift and Rihanna.
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut recently took to her Instagram stories to praise SS Rajamouli’s dressing sense at the Golden Globes 2023. Actress Queen Kangana expressed pride in SS Rajamouli’s dhoti drape at the award ceremony.

Kangana shared a photo of SS Rajamouli posing with MM Keerwani at the Golden Globe Awards 2023. He was seen wearing a red kurta-dhoti paired with a red dupatta. She captioned the story as, “Apart from the Golden Globe trophy, the proud display of Indian aesthetics is eye-catching… I never thought the dhoti drape would ever make it to the international red carpet… Thank you sir.”
For the uninitiated, RRR stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR attended the awards with their families. Earlier too, Kangana praised SS Rajamouli. She took to her Instagram account and wrote, “Sir Rajamouli has proved himself to be the greatest Indian director of all time. He has never given a failed film but the best thing about him is not his success but his modesty as an artist, sadagi (simplicity) as a person and his great love for the nation and its dharma. Great to have a role model like you sir. Sincerely your fan.
RRR managed to cross Rs. 100 crore mark at the box office. Overall, the film collected Rs. 500 crores. RRR hits theaters on March 25.
