Naga Chaitanya is going through a low phase professionally. The actor’s last three films Thank You, Custody and his Bollywood debut Laal Singh Chaddha flopped at the box office. But that didn’t stop Naga Chaitanya from signing more films. The handsome young actor is still in high demand by producers. He has signed a Shiva Nirvana project contract. The film seems to be heading towards an emotional family drama. The film is being made by the prestigious Telugu film industry banner Mythri Movie Makers. In the past, Naga Chaitanya worked with Shiva Nirvana in Majili. He was paired with his ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two gave touching performances in the film.
He is now rumored to have signed a Chandoo Mondeti film contract. The director is best known for his films Premam and Karthikeya 2. Mondeti is riding high with the huge success of Karthikeya 2. The adventure film with Nikhil Siddhartha was a hit across India. Naga Chaitanya and he worked together in Savyasachi. This movie was a failure. It looks like GA2 Pictures will finance this film. Naga Chaitanya’s last film Custody, a political satire, failed miserably. But people who have seen it say it’s not as bad as some critics make it out to be.
Naga Chaitanya said the setbacks were disappointing but he treated the low phase as a temporary thing. He said that he always strived to give good movies to the fans. He said that good cinema is the best reward for unconditional fans. He said: “Highs and lows are very normal in this career. This time will pass soon and we will be back for sure.” On the personal front, he is rumored to be dating Kurup actress Sobhita Dhulipala. The actress is also being trolled.
