The latest celebrity Janhvi Kapoor made headlines by buying a lavish two-storey bungalow in Mumbai city’s poshest area is Bandra. According to reports on Indextap.com, star Millie spent 65 crores when she bought this house which is 86669 square feet. yes Reports claim that the twin is a whopping 8669 sq ft with an area of 6421. The registration of the same property was done on October 12 and Janhvi paid Rs 3.90 crore as stamp duty and registration charges. Janhvi had in July sold her Juhu apartment to Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs 44 crore, which was around 3,456 sq ft.
Well, reports also state that Janhvi has bought an unfinished house for resale and is now planning to give it a lavish makeover. And she can even change and stay in Bandra like any other celebrity. Currently the best interior designer in town is Gauri Khan and she is known to do the happiest makeovers of celebrity houses, we wonder if Janhvi will choose Gauri Khan Designs for the interiors of her brand new house. Having said that, the actress is yet to talk about buying this house.
