Many movies that were successful at the box office, such as Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Yashoda, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh’s Doctor G, and Rishabh Shetty’s Hindi film Kantara, are now being released on OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus Hotstar, Sony LIV, Zee5, Voot Select, and others. On the other hand, brand-new films and web series are also making their way to internet viewing. So gather your favourite snacks and prepare for a weekend movie marathon.

1. BLURR:

‘Blurr’ is actor Taapsee Pannu’s first foray into producing, and she also stars in it. The film also has Gulshan Devaiah. In the movie, a sister sets out to discover the true cause of her twin sister’s death, and many realities emerge along the way. The 2010 Spanish horror movie Julia’s Eyes was remade as Blurr.
2. CHRISTMAS IS CANCELLED:

The family drama ‘Christmas is Cancelled’, directed by Prarthana Mohan, 2021, centers on 29-year-old Emma (Hayley Orrantia), who freaks out and sets out on a hilarious, no-holds-barred mission to break them up during their yearly family Christmas celebrations after learning that her widowed, 52-year-old dad (Dermot Mulroney) has been dating her high school rival.
3. SENORITA ’89:

‘Senorita 89’, by Oscar-winning producers Pablo and Juan de Dios Larran, is a sensational thriller that examines the Dark Side of Mexico’s 1980s Beauty Pageants. In the series, a dark and unsettling reality is shown to be buried among the laughter, lights, and glitter of 1980s Latin American beauty pageant culture.
Senorita ’89 follows aspiring beauty queens from across Mexico as they congregate at an impressive property tucked away in the woods, where they must stay for three months in an effort to become the next “Miss Mexico.”
4. THE PACT SEASON 2:

‘The Pact Season 2’ tells the suspenseful and emotional story of social worker Christine (Bafta winner Rakie Ayola) and her family trying to get on with their lives after the recent tragic death in the family. But their loyalties are tested when they’re confronted by a stranger, Connor, who arrives in town, claiming a connection that nobody could have imagined.
