The next king of comedy Kapil Sharma will be seen in a film titled Zwigato. It received praise from director Anurag Kashyap, who has already seen the film. In a recent episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, the actor-comedian celebrated 10 years Gangs of Wassipur. Host Kapil Sharma interacted with the guests talking about their film Gangs of Wasseypur marking 10 years in Indian cinema. While everyone was talking about a crime drama, Kapil Sharma’s Zwigato was also mentioned. Director Anurag Kashyap revealed that he watched the film and appreciated the comedian’s performance. The Dobaara director praised Kapil’s acting, saying that one would not believe that he is acting. As Kapil Sharam titled the film, Anurag guessed that it will be a comedy film, in reality the director did not laugh at all, in fact he assured that Zwigato will make the audience cry. A serious role was played by Kapil Sharma who is known for his best sense of humor. The film was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival, the Busan International Film Festival and the Kerala International Film Festival. Before its theatrical release, the film premiered at film festivals and received positive reviews. Popular comedian Kapil Sharma becomes a delivery man at Zwigato. The film presents the story of the ruthless life of deliverymen working for Swiggy and Zomato. The drama film is written and directed by Nandita Das and stars Kapil Sharma, Shahana Goswami and Tusshar Acharya. Zwigato is produced under the banners of Applause Entertainment and Nandita Das Initiatives. The highly-anticipated order will arrive in theaters on March 17, 2023.
