The details of Seokjin’s deployment have not been revealed yet, so we can’t assume or say anything for sure. But yes, he means that there is a possibility that he won’t celebrate his birthday with us.
Hoping that he will go and return safely in a winter that is warmer than any other?

It seems the days of training in this field are fewer. Soldiers also get three days off if they serve more than 21 days. But Jin will be in the high-risk zone, where people are in maximum danger in the event of war. ARMYs are stressed and we hope fate favors BTS’s Kim Seokjin every step of the way.
