About us
Cernach Housing Association is a successful and well-run community-based Registered Social Landlord (RSL) operating in Drumchapel, North West Glasgow since 1991. We own 877 homes and provide a management service to 17 share owners and 140 home owners. We act as the lead community organization for Drumchapel. Our turnover is £4.6m, a large proportion of which comes from rental income.
About the role
We are looking to hire a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our staff team as a Residential Assistant. Providing an excellent housing service is central to our aims and the support of an experienced team will enable you to learn a wide range of skills.
You must
Have work experience or be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the registered social landlord sector. You must be able to work on your own initiative. You must have strong interpersonal and ICT skills and be familiar with MS Office. Possession of a further or higher educational qualification in a discipline relevant to the role or equivalent would be an advantage.
It is crucial to be a team player, able to communicate effectively with different audiences and take responsibility for organizing your own workload.
You must be motivated to achieve personal and corporate goals. Also have a desire to make a difference at Cernach Housing Association.
