​Highlights from Day 1 of Bangalore Times Fashion Week​

Day 1 of the ongoing Bangalore Times Fashion Week kickstarted with Rajdeep Ranawat’s resortwear line and then had a beautiful display of opulent Indian weaves like Kanjeevaram, Banarasi, Kora Jamdhani, Pythani, and pure Zari Kota by Naari by Anu Sixyards. Have a look.

Rajdeep Ranawat

Rajdeep debuted his resort-wear collection inspired by the beauty of Portuguese Azulejos tiles, Italian frescos and Goan foliage. The show was opened by the stunning Karunya and closed by the gorgeous Divya Suresh.

iNaari by Anu Sixyards

The collection captured the essence of a woman – her unique beauty, resilience, and ability to overcome hardships. It has stunning weaves including Kanjeevaram, Banarasi, Kora Jamdhani, Pythani, and pure Zari Kota.

NSFTID

The students of NSFTID presented a collection inspired by Sakura, a Japanese flowering tree, renowned for its breathtaking beauty, embodying love and femininity. The soft pastels and neutrals of the cherry blossom’s color palette inspired ethereal and romantic designs. Their designs were certainly eye catchy.

Yuvika by Rachana

Rachana Mahadeshwara presented a collection of her cocktail saris. They were beautifully embroidered on silk and organza. The designer also showcased lehenga pieces in her collection.
