Things started off on a hopeful note at the beginning of 2020, but the pandemic brought everything to a grinding halt. As for Indian celebrities, some of them made a confident switch to OTT in keeping with the changing times. And most of them continued to spend their moolah on expensive items.

1. Hrithik Roshan new flats – Rs 100 crore

Hrithik Roshan splurged a massive Rs 100 crore on two apartments this year. According to HT, the actor has bought two flats in a building named Mannat at Juhu-Versova road. One of the two is a penthouse spread over 38,000 sqft. 

2. Hardik Pandya Patek Philippe – Rs 1.65 crore

In a predictable buy, Hardik Pandya added another flashy, diamond-studded wrist candy to his collection. This time designed by Patek Philippe. The custom-made addition from their Nautilus collection costs a whopping Rs 1.65 crore. Pandya also owns another Patek Philippe, which is priced at Rs 2.7 crore.

3. Alia Bhatt flat – Rs 32 crore

In what can be considered to be a big step for Alia Bhatt’s relationship with Ranbir Kapoor, the actress bought a flat in the same building as her beau for a whopping Rs 32 crore.
