Gautam Gulati reveals that he has offered his name to host Bigg Boss OTT; considers Karan Johar unfit for the job

The first season of Bigg Boss OTT happened in 2021. Karan Johar made his debut as a host in the OTT space with the show. It received mixed negative reactions for its hosting capacity. Now Gautam Gulati made a lot of statement. He seems to have told the channel and the makers that he would be a good host for the OTT version. He said he would guide the contestants in a much better way. The season was notable for a number of reasons. We had Pratik Sehajpal and Neha Bhasin’s friendship and enmity, Raqesh Bapat and Shamita Shetty’s romance and all the drama surrounding Divya Aggarwal and her fights. GAUTAM GULATI FEELS KARAN JOHAR INAPPROPRIATE
He seems to have told the makers that he has been a part of Bigg Boss and is much better equipped to help them understand their journey. He said that Karan Johar has never done anything like this. Gautam Gulati revealed that he asked the Colors team to let him host Bigg Boss OTT instead of Karan Johar as KJo knew nothing about it. He should be there to accept bcz people who have lived, they can actually explain it better and the contestant will also be able to relate.

Gautam said, “I told the Colors team that I really want to host Bigg Boss OTT bcz it’s in my veins and I feel the house. Karan Johar hosted this show and he has nothing to do with it. He doesn’t know anything about it. Technically I have to be there to run the show.”

The second season of Bigg Boss OTT is being planned now. We have to see who will enter as host. Salman Khan is the OG for the TV version.
