The Devil Wears Prada

This movie needs no introduction and is without a doubt a notable entry in the hall of fame in the fashion movie universe. The movie takes us through the life of Miranda Priestly essayed by none other than Meryl Streep, the arrogant editor-in-chief of Runway fashion magazine who was a character which inspired many women to follow in herfootsteps. One of those women, included  Anne Hathaway too who played the role of Andy the aspiring newbie journalist in the movie. Streep was such a vibe in the cult fashion movie. Her bossy attitude, several assistants at hand and rich clothes defined the fashion-magazine industry in a never seen before manner.

Confessions Of A Shopaholic

This Isla Fisher starrer chick-flick navigates us through Rebecca’s life who has a serious problem. She literally can’t stop and won’t stop shopping. After the release of this landslide movie, being a shopaholic became the new cool thing in the world of women lusting over fashion. We are truly a fan of Rebecca’s sense of fashion and all things glam. The famous ‘The Girl in the Green Scarf’ character who had a fatal yet fashionable flaw struck a chord with all the ladies out there who found it relatable AF.

Sex And The City

Now comes the moment we’ve all been waiting for, the fashionably late entry of Sex And The City. The cult movie revolves around the life of four fun and loaded with fashion girlfriends in New York city. Sarah Jessica Parker who plays the iconic Carrie Bradshaw in the movie has been an icon for a whole bunch of girls who dare to make the world theirs with a sparkle of their pretty glitzy shoes and a bunch of stories from the heart to tell. After all, who can forget Carrie’s dialogues that echo in all our souls saying  “I’m not afraid of heights. Have you seen my shoes?” and the unforgettable “I wanted to let you know that I’m getting married. To myself. And I’m registered at Manolo Blahnik.” Voila!
