Our primary focus is to provide youth with the technical, vocational and training education they need to bridge the well-known skills gap and gain a competitive edge in the evolving job market.

As technology continues to advance at a rapid pace, we understand the importance of upskilling our employees to ensure their growth as well. With this in mind, we have implemented comprehensive training programs to empower our delivery partners and improve their capabilities. Through our initiatives, we provide them with basic training in communication skills and equip them with the knowledge to manage machines and warehouses effectively and to acquire skills in various roles such as distribution team, center managers and sales executives. These roles require technical, operational and business skills, all of which are imparted through our upskilling efforts.

Our ultimate goal is to empower youth not only for the benefit of our organization, but also for their personal growth as individuals. We believe that by investing in their development, we contribute to their success and the improvement of society as a whole.

To date, we have achieved significant success in our training initiatives. Several of our delivery partners have gone through our comprehensive programs and more than 15 individuals have been promoted to senior positions in our organization, specifically in operations, technology and sales. These promotions come with gratifying salaries reflecting the value we place on the growth and progression of our team members.

Looking ahead, we have strategic plans to expand our training programs, establish valuable partnerships and provide enhanced learning opportunities. Our goal is to strengthen our initiatives, empower our delivery team and deliver exceptional performance.
