Ugandan born fitness coach, Ishaq Kayiizi, who is known to coach celebrities on how to stay fit, shares his experience working with the likes of Jurrein Timber, Anaas Salah Eddine, and social media influencer, Cashpapi, told Saturday Beats, “Most celebrities are motivated to train harder when they have a role to play in a movie.
“This makes them motivated to keep fit and stay disciplined. They are also motivated when they have an event they need to keep fit for. We transformed Cashpapi’s body in 23 days because he had an event in Miami, United States. We trained twice a day – strength training in the morning and cardio sessions in the evening. I have also discovered that celebrities love strength alongside endurance training.”
Going down memory lane, Kayiizi shared how his fitness journey began. He said, “I was inspired by my own transformation when I became overweight. This was the worst time of my life. I hit the gym and researched how to physically and mentally transform myself. The methods I used are now being shared in fitness training with my clients.”
