One time Love Island hunk Charlie Brake recently had to take a very public L after trying his luck with sports broadcaster Laura Woods on Twitter.

Arsenal fan Woods politely, but amusingly, declined Brake’s offer of a dinner date following her side’s 3-1 win over West Ham.
After popular talkSPORT host Laura, 35, praised Gunners defender Ben White as “magic” on Twitter, Brake replied: “You’re magic.”
The former Sky Sports presenter let him down gently by saying: “I’m not hungry but thank you.”
Super rich Charlie responded to his rejection, and appeared to have taken it well.
He wrote on Twitter: “If you don’t buy a ticket you don’t win the raffle.”
Brake later joked: “Dinner anyone?”, followed by a magic wand emoji.

Katy Perry hurt One Direction star Niall Horan’s pride when he tried his luck with the American pop star.
Just before Niall shot to global fame in the boyband, he allegedly tried to flirt with X Factor guest judge Katy behind the scenes.
But the Hot and Cold singer, who is nine years Niall’s senior, wasn’t having any of it.
She told Nova FM: “I see [Niall] around all the time, he’s always trying to like get my number to, like, maybe flirt with me, but I’m like, ‘I could babysit you. I’m, like, your mom!'”

Teen Justin told Capital FM that he found the actress “sexy” and “cute”, which eventually found its way to Jennifer’s ears.
When asked if the feeling was mutual, she told Watch What Happens Live: “I’m going to say a hard no, but thanks.”

Emma explained to Jonathan Ross: “Between the ages of 10 and 12 I had a really terrible crush on Tom Felton, to the extent that I would go into work in the morning and look down the numbers on the call sheet to see if he was going to be in. He was a few years older and he had a skateboard — and that just did it really. The thing is that he’d tell everyone, ‘I see her in a younger, sisterly way.’ It just broke my heart. It still does.”
