Sajid Khan has rekindled the MeToo allegations that were leveled against many women in October 2018. After Sherlyn Chopra and Kanishka Soni, popular Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee has now spoken about being sexually harassed by the director during the Himatwala meeting.
In her new interview with Aaj Tak, Rani revealed that she bonded with Sajid during the shooting of Himmatwala. She said Sajid told her he would contact her directly. When Rani spoke to Sajid on the phone, the director asked her to come to her home and advised her not to bring the manager or PR along as it would be an official meeting.
Rani said that since Sajid is a big director, she agreed to his proposal. She went to his house in Juhu where he was alone. Sajid told Rani that he wanted to cast her for a song called Dhoka Dhoka and for that she would have to wear a shot lehenga. He then asked Rani to show her legs as she was wearing a long skirt. Rani thought this was happening so she showed him her legs up to the knee.
Rani added that she was scared then. The actress then revealed that Sajid then asked her breast size. He asked her not to be afraid of him and further asked her if she had a boyfriend and the frequency of their intercourse.
Then Rani hit him back and asked him what nonsense he was talking about. She then left his house and added that Sajid even tried to touch her inappropriately. She said that when many women accused Sajid of sexual misconduct, she was also tempted to do so. And now that Sajid is seen in Bigg Boss, Rani felt that she should come out in the open and call out the director for his behaviour.
It was recently reported that the MeToo accuser will be shown the exit door next week, but new reports say he will be staying in the house. He was accused by Mandana Karimi, Aahana Kumra, Kanishka Soni and Sherlyn Chopra among others. It was later reported that these were just rumours.
