Ayushmann Khurrana’s medical comedy records a huge jump on day 2, collects THIS much

Recording a solid growth of 34.88%, Doctor G raked in Rs 5.22 crore on Saturday, thus taking its two-day total to Rs 9.09 crore. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the box office collection of the film.

“#DoctorG witnesses substantial growth on Day 2 [+ 34.88%]… Major metros continue to lead, while mass circuits stay low… More improvement is expected on Day 3, since word of mouth is positive… Fri 3.87 cr, Sat 5.22 cr. Total: ₹ 9.09 cr. #India biz,” he tweeted.

Sharing the day one figure of Doctor G, he had written, “Despite low pre-release buzz, #DoctorG puts up a decent total on Day 1… National chains fare better, while mass pockets are extremely dull… Has scope for improvement on Day 2 and 3… Needs that push for a respectable weekend total… Fri ₹ 3.87 cr. #India biz.”

Looking a the current trend, Doctor G is expected to grow further on its third day. The Ayushmann and Rakul starrer has certainly clicked with the audience.
