Arbaaz Khan Talks About ‘Other Woman’ In His Life, ‘She Has Her Own Space, Never Tried To Separate Us’

Actor Arbaaz Khan, who continues to make headlines every now and then, is back in the news with another statement he made recently. He talked about the unique and strong bond he shares with Helen, his father Salim Khan’s second wife. In an article published in Hindustan Times, Arbaaz Khan gives a glimpse into the compassionate and understanding relationship shared by the Khan family, emphasizing the importance of respecting individual choices and embracing the uniqueness of each member’s role in their lives. Arbaaz explained that when Salim Khan decided to marry Helen, who was already an established actress, he never imposed her presence on his family or children. Salim was already married to Arbaaz’s mother, Salma, when he decided to marry Helen. However, Salim never expected his children to replace their mother with Helen. “My father never forced Helen Aunty on us. He knew that our mother is important to us,” shares Arbaaz. Despite having another woman in his life, Salim Khan ensures that Helen has her own space and never tries to separate them from their mother. Likewise, Helen never tried to disrupt their family dynamic. Instead, she was content knowing that Salim had a family of his own, a wife and children, and she was there to support him while he maintained his own life. Salim Khan and Salma have four children together – Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan and daughter Alvira Agnihotri. Also, Salim adopted Helen’s daughter, Arpita. Despite the non-traditional family setting, they gather on special occasions such as birthdays and festivals to celebrate and cherish their togetherness with dinners and lunches.
