Evergreen actor Anil Kapoor is all set to work alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film ‘Animal’. While Ranbir has already been shooting for the project for a while, Anil is going to join him pretty soon. In a recent conversation with Mid-Day, Anil talked about his character in ‘Animal’ and also shared a few words of appreciation for co-star Ranbir Kapoor.
He said, “All I can say is that it’s an unusual and interesting role. I was looking forward to working with Sandeep as I liked Kabir Singh [2019]. I liked the story that Sandeep narrated to me, and I was sure that I wanted to be part of the film.”
The buzz suggests that Anil will portray the role of Ranbir’s father in this project. Talking about the actor, he stated, “Ranbir is a talented, hard-working actor who can portray the finer nuances of every role effectively. I am working with the younger generation – Hrithik Roshan in Fighter, Aditya Roy Kapur in Captain, Ranbir in Animal and Harshvarrdhan in Bindra. It’s one of the best phases for me.”
