Amrita Rao has been a part of some of the most successful Bollywood films. She played the lead role in films like Ishq Vishq, Vivaah, Main Hoon Na, Masti and many more. The actress then took a break of almost five years from films and marked her comeback with the film Thackery. She was recently in the headlines for releasing her book called ‘A Couple of Things’ along with her husband RJ Anmol. She has candidly written about her professional career, Bollywood politics and much more. It was recently revealed that she wrote about a certain person with a name starting with the letter ‘K’ who harbored negativity towards her.
As reported by Etimes, Amrita Rao wrote about a tarot card reader warning her that a certain person with the letter K was negative for her. She revealed that when she was in Australia filming her movie Victory, she asked a local production manager to take her to a tarot card reader. She then met a tarot card reader who talked about her two upcoming films not doing well at the box office. Then she warned her about a woman with a name starting with the letter K who was negative towards her. The tarot card reader also predicted her love life and she says it turned out to be true.
In another chapter, Main Hoon Na actress writes about a magazine cover photo that has been retouched by a certain person. She writes in her book: “However, my journey was different. For example, despite having epic films in my kitty, the most coveted film magazines never approached me for cover shots.”She then explained how after winning an award, a photo shoot took place in which she and Shahid Kapoor were at the centre. . But when the cover photo was released, it took a back seat. She said she learned from a journalist friend that a superstar actress had rearranged the photo.
