On Friday, Ajay Devgn was honored with the Best Actor Award for his work in the 2020 film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The actor posted a video on Twitter of his various avatars from his National Award-winning films Zakhm, The Legend of Bhagat Singh to the newer Tanhaji.
“Not counting the wins or the blessings, I just feel grateful for it all. The most important thing is your love. I share this victory with all of you. I am honored to receive my awards from the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu,” Ajay tweeted.

Ajay shared the Best Actor award with Tamil star Suriya, who was honored for his directorial Sudha Kongra Soorarai Pottru. The National Film Awards ceremony was held at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi and the awards were presented by President Draupadi Murmu.
Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is a historical action film that follows the life of the Marathi warrior Tanhaji Malusare. It stars Ajay Devgn in the lead role along with his wife Kajol and his ‘Omkara’ co-star Saif Ali Khan.
Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn’s venture NY Cinemas is all set to launch its new cinema hall in Ahmedabad city. Located at Aamrakunj on Motera Road, Ahmedabad is spread across 25,000 sq ft and has four auditoriums, an action-packed movie lounge with a Live Kitchen and a mocktail bar specially curated to suit the taste and palate of the people of Ahmedabad.
