In the second semi-final of the Men’s T20 World Cup at the Adelaide Oval, India lost to England by ten wickets and people are expressing their disappointment with the Indian cricket team. While much has been said and written about the Indian squad, Bollywood stars like Ajay Devgn, Farhan Akhtar and others have motivated Team India to keep their chin up after the big loss.

Arjun Rampal took to Twitter and said that today’s match was overplayed but unfortunately our team did not give their best in the semi finals. He also did not beat the England team and called them the much better side today. But he finally made people realize that this is the game and praised Team India for their efforts during the tournament.

Ajay Devgn also shared a heartfelt note about the Indian team as an ardent fan. He said cheering for the team was always an amazing experience. Although their journey to the final was cut short, they enjoyed every bit of it. He also spoke about the amount of pressure they carry on their shoulders and still make the nation proud.

“Winning or losing is part of sports. Both outcomes are inevitable. But we are with you. Through the bad and the bad, the highs and the lows, we’re here to stand with the best team in the world. Chin up guys! We will come back stronger and better than ever. “Avid fan,” he wrote.

Farhan Akhtar also encouraged Team India for their big loss and said that though it was a disappointing day, the story does not end here. It’s only one chapter and they will come out stronger than before.

After India’s exit from the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, legend Sunil Gavaskar is expecting several withdrawals from the current squad in the near future. The former India captain said he expects a few changes in the squad, adding that Hardik Pandya will take over the Indian team after the World Cup.
